OPEN HOUSE IN HAWAII

what is an OPEN HOUSE? open house happens every sunday in hawaii from 2-5pm. ever since i was 18 years old, i would stop by when i seen a “Open House” sign. i would walk in with my tshirt, slippers, and shorts and the realtor wouldn’t take me seriously. they thought i was just there to have fun and live the dream. yes, i was living the dream, but at the same time, imagining me living in a million dollar house. you have to see it, and feel it to be able to dream it. one day, i will own a million dollar property on the beach in oahu. i guarantee you that!

this is the arakaki-san couple. super fun, super nice, and super stoked on surfing. after our 3 hour session, i took them to a couple of open houses in kailua. after the first house, they were dreaming of living in hawaii. this house was selling for 3.5 million dollars. not too bad. haha.

would you prefer the $3.5 million view on the hill overlooking Lanikai Beach?

or the $6 million view right on the beach of one of the world’s most beautiful beaches, Lanikai? i’d take this one, but that means i have to work harder. so harder i will work!
To the Arakaki’s,
I had fun with you on those 2 days in hawaii. i’m glad you caught so many good waves. I was happy to see your surfing improve wave by wave. Keep on surfing, keep on turning, and keep on smiling. And remember, dreams come true! I hope all yours dreams become reality!
Aloha,
Kirby
