what an awesome day it was yesterday. ehukai was just beautiful! blue water, white sand, and blue sky. it was a holiday in hawaii so the kids were out in full force. had a great time shooting photos and talking story. before surfing, i did a photo shoot with asako mizuno. a cute girl from kugenuma japan with a lot of potential in surfing. the photos came out sweet! stoked!

KEONI YAN: a really kind young kid from tahiti. always smiling, always surfing good! this kid has potential to become a top asp surfer.

MCGILL: this girl rips. been watching her from baby time and she’s getting better and better. check this out! crazy!!!!

CHEESEBURGER: keoni nozaki has power. from ehukai to pipeline, this kid shines.

SETH MONIZ: seth is no longer a kid. he’s a young man chasing his dreams. i’ll bet anybody this kid will be on top of the world someday. he just has too much talent.

TEAM CHALLENGE: i was shooting ehukai this morning. then the kids showed up checking the waves. why check? just surf guys!!! ehukai was the best spot today and all the talent was out there.
