Ribeye steaks seasoned with garlic salt, olive oil, and fresh rosemary.  

Good food and good friends.  So wonderful!

Good morning 4:40am.
Ala Moana waist high and coming up. Chest high by later today.
Diamond Head chest high and bumpy.
Trade winds at 20mph.
Sunny and warm.
Going to surf.

Aloha Friday morning:  foiling was better than surfing today.  So we went foiling.

Waves were very nice and not too many surfers.  Warm weather and no box jellyfish.

Feeling free like a bird.  Good vibe and excellent workout.

After foiling:  2 rounds hot sauna.  Sweating like a pig.

After sauna:  2 rounds ice bath.  This is very hard for me.  Only 10 seconds today and my body shut down.  haha.
