モーニングセッション: 波は本当に良かった。こちらは僕にスプレーをかける準備をしているCarter。

これはその瞬間。そこで行動と自然が出会うんだ。

友達にスプレーをかけられても僕は気にしないよ。でも他に誰もいない。

10月が始まったばかりだけど、ここはクリスマスだよ！

こちらの美しいカスタムロングスリーブのトップスを作ってくれたDove Wetsuitsに感謝だよ。これはハワイで冬にサーフィンするにはパーフェクトなんだ。早く着てみたいな！

彼女は2歳の頃からサーフィンが大好きになった。だから彼女が僕にサーフィンに連れて行ってってお願いされたらnoって一度も言ったことがないんだ。どんなに疲れていも、忙しくても僕は時間を作った。海が僕たちをハッピーにしてくれ、心を穏やかにしてくれる。しかも全てを修復してくれるんだ。

20年の時が経過して、一緒に沢山のエピックなサーフセッションをしたよ。彼女が僕にサーフィンに連れて行ってってお願いされたら今でも絶対noって言わないよ。これが僕の生きがいだからね。年々こんなに素敵な若い女性が育っていくのを見ることは僕にとって凄く楽しみなんだ。海は僕たちの関係を10倍良く、深くしてくれるんだ。そして僕はそれに凄く感謝しているんだ。サーフィンは僕たちの人生だよ。

9月20日のこれをアップするのを忘れていました。

Waking up every morning and going to sleep right in front of this beautiful beach.  We are in the jungle so you see and find different things daily which makes it interesting.

Deco-san is a very smooth and stylish surfer.  Very easy to get a good photo because she looks good at every part of the wave.  

Takami-san is a ripper.  Former JPSA pro surfer that still can get excellent scores.  Nice to see the speed, power, and flow.

We’ve found some pretty spectacular beaches with some amazing treasure.  I would come back here just for the shells.  

My collection is getting bigger and better.

One of the girls came back from picking shells and said “omg, I saw a cute snake on the beach.  I was playing with it and trying to get it to go back to the ocean.”  I told her “if that snake bites you, you can die.”  I don’t think she’ll be playing with cute snakes anymore.  Haha.
