good morning. or should i say good evening? it’s 2:30am here in japan. 100% jetlagged. i’m screwed. so wide awake and nothing to do. feel like getting in the water. people would freak if i went surfing now. but the waves are flat and it’s too dam cold. i can hear the rain too. it’s going to be another long day i guess. probably do come computer stuff for a while and hopefully get tired again so i can sleep again. or maybe head to the bar around the corner to get a drinky… haha…. anyway, hope your having a nice sleep if your in japan and for everybody in hawaii. you don’t know how dam lucky you are…. enjoy life and have a nice day…..
**the 7/11 here in japan is the best. they got all kinds of goodies but my favorite is the hot oden…..

i can eat this every day. well, i actually do when i’m here in japan. the egg and daikon are the best. and the soup. oh my gosh….

then sometimes i get some chicken on the stick. pretty dam good….

and the soba with yamaimo on top? this will cure a hangover….. but not enough to cure the one i had yesterday…. gosh, i’m glad it’s over…

and it’s freezing here in shonan. grey skies, rain, and freaking cold…. i miss the blue skies in hawaii…. i’m so glad the spice factory is up the street. i went to grab a jacket and sweat pants. thanks spice….

this was my lunch yesterday. $7.50 for all of this. well, not including my computer….

last night was a blast from what i remember. good food and good people…. we went to this old japanese house in kamakura. pretty awesome place with the best food i’ve ever eaten in shonan. check out this sashimi platter. oh my gosh…. and the vegetables on the side were so fresh. and the anchovy sauce. oh my gosh…..

this is yoko furuichi. people think i eat good food. yoko eats better food than me. every time i check her blog, i freak out on how good everything looks. now i know one of her secret places. and not to mention, yoko is a really cool chick… plenty of aloha… check out YOKO FURUICHI’S BLOG BY CLICKING HERE…..
