good morning. china’s contest going down in waikiki today. box jellyfish going down in waikiki too. waves waist/chest high but i ain’t taking the chance. if shun gets stung, that would ruin his awesome trip. we’re packing this morning, then heading to the mountains to watch the pigs, pick crayfish, pick mangos, and enjoy nature. have a great weekend….

took the 2 boys for an evening session at bowls yesterday. the waves were super good. do you see the 2 dots in the channel? that’s the 2 boys… small yeah… haha…

i was watching the 2 boys surf in towards diamond head while watching the sun go down behind me. shit, i got some awesome photos with my good camera. sick. bust it out later…

i told the boys to go surf till 7:15pm and come it to watch the firework show. they came in at 7:15 and we watched the fireworks show. good boys. and good fireworks show….

good evening. went to dawn patrol bowls. took a while to get the kids up but once they hit the water, it was game on. took the sickest video ever. seth and shun were ripping the inside bowl. they were stoked. so was i… oh, wanted to wish hayato a safe trip back to japan. when i dropped him off at the airport, i was like “eh, see you soon….” haha….

after shun won the go-naminori contest, we went to go celebrate by eating the best yakiniku on the island. sooooo gooood…..

went to pick up the kids at waikiki this afternoon. they were sitting down playing with the plumeria’s. hey boys, flowers are not toys….

went to leonard’s bakery to pick up some malasadas. while i was in there, this guy was doing a food tour. what an awesome idea. i’ll get to this guy and his tour a little more later…

good morning. 4:45am aloha friday. going to wake up seth and shun and go for a dawn patrol. waves are looking 3′ and pretty good right now. still dark but going to try. seth, shun!!! wake up!!! gosh, these kids aren’t moving…. going to go shake them up.. maybe shave their eyebrows off? or paint their nails? umm… have a nice day….

oh my gosh, the tako last night was awesome…. so was the steak, chicken, sausage, and salad…. BBQ daisuki…..

my mom bought a new plant for the yard. she said it’s called a “johnny walker”. i was wondering if there was a “jack daniels” plant too….

did you see the new cover of makai magazine? my lucky sister tammy got the cover. gosh, good thing she got the looks from me yeah? haha…. there is a pretty awesome story inside about her too. good job sis….
