North shore 8-10′ and good.
Ala Moana waist high and good.
Diamond Head chest high and bumpy.
Trade winds at 15mph.
Sunny and warm.
Going to the sea.

Today was such a picture perfect day!  We surfed early this morning and the sky turned blue really fast.  It felt like summer for the boys.

Kamobayashi-san and I surfed last month when the strong South/West winds made it very junky big and challenging.  Today was the complete opposite.  It was as calm, glassy, and as smooth as it gets.  This is the kind of days surfers dream of.

When you surf the hard days, it makes the easy days easier.  Kamobayashi-san was catching waves by himself and riding them till the very end.
