Yesterday once more:  Emptiness at Bowls.

Ala Moana waist high and good.
Diamond Head chest high and bumpy.
Trade winds at 15mph.
Sunny and warm.
Going to the sea.

Did you see this mornings sunrise?  It was pretty golden.  Waves were better than we thought until it disappeared an hour later.

I couldn’t sleep last night because something was broken on Mayuki.  After surf, I went to work on the problem.  I thought it was going to take all day but ended up taking 5 minutes to fix.  I was so happy so we went for a fast joy ride.   Smiling the whole way!

Out in the open ocean, a pod of dolphins showed up.  That made me even happier.

On the way in we checked Bowls and it was pretty ugly.  Crowded and not enough waves for everyone.

A month ago, I gave a special young couple that were going on a trip to Singapore for 5 days my advice.  I told them, “you only need one day in Singapore.  There’s nothing to do there.  Spend one day there and buy a cheap ticket to Bali.  You won’t regret it.”  They took my advice and have been sending me photos from Bali everyday.  They look like they’re having a honeymoon or something.  Haha.  If you want to romance someone like this, go to Bali!
