good morning. the waves came down in town. yeah!! that will stop me from going more crazy. i’m taking my eye patch off today and hopefully i can see. and hopefully i can drive better. can’t wait to get out of the house… have a nice day….

**we pulled up to this spot somewhere in indonesia. heard it was the like the world class wave macaroni’s left in mentawai, except it was a right. and boy it was. perfect ripable barrel right that’s a regular footers dream wave. 3 of us surfers scored it early morning solid 4′ as good as it gets. i wanted to shoot it but no dam way. it was just too good to shoot. remember, i’m a surfer…. haha… so i waited till the waves dropped and the wind came a little onshore before i got out my camera. check out these shots of the crew….

good evening. gosh, i’m starting to go nuts. i got to get back in the water. i feel so dam dirty. ahhh…. and every time i try to do something, my eye feels like it’s going to pop out. the stitches are still in there because i can still feel them. help… oh, got some good news. my nephew micah and isaiah made the finals in the pro/am division yesterday at bowls. i heard they were ripping. and isaiah won his amatuer division. seth and josh’s results coming tomorrow…

this is kalua. kalua must be at least 400lbs. went by to feed him some dog food but he didn’t want anything to do with it. i think he’s spoiled…

i finally had enough power to unpack my surfboard bag. i bent down to zip it back up and then it hit me. the head rush with all the blood rushing to my eye. shit, it hurted…

alyssa stopped by today with her new car. she’s been hanging around my niece temari recently. hope these two girls are staying out of trouble. better, because i’m watching…..

ok, after all of you who were guessing about the sunset, finally somebody got it right. yeah, it’s from the airplane!! i took it on the way to bali from japan. i took a nap and this golden light woke me up. i looked out of the window and there it was. one of the most awesome sunsets i’ve ever seen. i actually got chills… anyway, wanted to congratulate tomoko okazaki-san for the correct answer. send me your address and a tshirt will be in the mail. thanks for playing the “guessing game.” mahalo.
