We paddled out to Bowls early in the morning and as soon as I looked at my camera, I noticed water inside it.  OMG, another GoPro drowned.  No photos today but it was a pleasure watching Masaoka-san riding the best waves of his life.  He caught 3 perfect Bowls lefts and rode it all the way.  I wish you could have seen his smile when he was paddling back out.  A great surfer, a great athlete, and a great guy.  He’s the first guy I’ve met that played baseball against Shohei Ohtani.  He actually hit a double off Shohei and I watched the video in awe.  

So far, this monk seal has been coming to the beach everyday.  He’s the boss of the beach.

I’ve been seeing this Lamborghini driving around a lot recently.  I would love to take it for a test drive.
