Next Goal?

Learning taught me a whole lot more about the ocean.  Now, I can read the ocean 10x better than ever whether on my foil, surfboard, or boat.   Everything makes more sense.

And to be able to jump back and forth between foiling and surfing was my goal.  Now I’m thinking of the next goal.

So good to see Rocco sing live at the Night Market.  I was very impressed on his voice, composure, music, and most of all, his confidence.  Great job Rocco!

Rocco’s fan club.  Was an amazing night with family and friends.  Can’t wait for the next one!

Honolulu Pawn Shop

This morning was very challenging but the more you challenge yourself, the better you’ll get.  Takahashi-san always up for the challenge.

Yesterday when we surfed, there were about 30 waves per hour.  Today, there were over 200 waves per hour.  Just to get out, you had to go through 30 waves.  But once you rode one, it’s pretty amazing.

Weird weather produces beautiful conditions that change every minute.  The colors were amazing.

Good job Takahashi-san!  You’re getting better and stronger.  Boot Camp continues so be ready.

After a very challenging surf, relaxing under a tree watching the ocean is the best way back to reality.  We surfed with nobody out today compared to surfing with 50 surfers yesterday.  I prefer today.

Went to check out the Kakaako Night Market last night.  I was surprised how many people were there!  It’s the first one since Covid so it seemed like half the island was there.

I think this is a really good concept.  Close the streets, line it up with food trucks and vendors, live entertainment, and a very safe environment.  I’ll definitely go back again.

Go check out the cool Honolulu Pawn Shop.  It’s very unique, very interesting, and very cool.  Congratulations to Kelia and Joe!
