When the winds are light, Diamond Head is a very good surf spot.  Very long rides with one of the best views in the world.

Good for short boarding, good for long boarding.

And good for foiling.  This is my favorite place to fly!

I was at the Safeway supermarket and saw something weird in the parking lot.  I was wondering what it was?

OMG, it’s surveillance cameras!   There’s been so much crime in that parking lot so hope this will deter the bad people.  But probably not because bad people can do bad things and not go to jail anymore.  What’s the point?

This is a normal day at Leonard’s Bakery.  A 30 minute wait for a malasada.  It’s worth it!

I was going to take a break from the ocean today but after watching perfect waves and perfect conditions, I had to go surf.  From my sofa to the lineup took me 20 minutes today.

Not too many surfers and a lot of clean waves like this.

I made sure I was home to watch the finals of American Idol.  I wanted to see the local Hawaiian boy win!

Iam Tongi sang from his heart again.  If you watched, you cried.  His songs are so emotional.

And Iam WON!!!  This local kid is going to be super famous really fast.  Now he will guarantee make enough money so he can move back to Hawaii!  Such an inspirational story!
