Light winds so good conditions.
Clouds and rain.

My friend invited me over for a workout, followed by a sauna and ice bath.  A 45 minute intense core workout, then sauna, then ice bath, then over and over.  Imagine going from extreme heat and sweat to something freezing cold.

It feels like my body got electrocuted.  It’s very uncomfortable, but after this, my body feels like a teenager again.
