North shore coming up to overhead today. Good!
Ala Moana waist to chest high and good.
Diamond Head chest high and good.
Light trade winds this morning becoming South/East later.
Sunny and warm.
Going to the sea.

These calm wind mornings providing the best conditions you can ever imagine. When I pulled up to Diamond Head this morning, I got so excited that my body started tingling! 
I’m very grateful to have such a perfect wave 10 minutes away from home. For a Saturday morning, the lineup was pretty empty. 
Paddling out watching the sun rise is always cool. 
Diamond Head is usually very crowded on glassy and sunny days like today, BUT that wasn’t the case. 
I did some coaching. This girl is ripping! 
Then I did some flying. The air in my face flying like an eagle. I want to thank whoever invented the foil because you made my dream to fly come true. 
Whenever I see a mongoose, it reminds me of our baby mongoose we had for a pet when I was kid living on the North Shore. Pretty cute! 
Long one minute rides smiling all the way!
