here was my american style dinner for easter sunday. i ate 2 servings and felt my stomach expand like a balloon. sometimes ok right?
passed by Diamond Head yesterday morning and seen the new south swell coming in. surfed rock piles after and it was shoulder high and super good. was going to surf bowls after but i heard there was a funny gas smell in the water. come to find out, there was a big diesel gas spill in the ala wai harbor and it was all going out to bowls. i asked the DNLR if they were going to post “danger” signs and he looked at me and sad “no.” omg! i’m glad i didn’t surf.
then came home and started packing. i have 2 bags weighing 50lbs. each. a lot of equipment that’s going to follow me around for the next 12 days. i haven’t been more prepared in my life.
last night i went to test out a korean sausage nabe i heard was good. i ordered it, took a bite of the sausage, and come to find out, they used canned vienna sausage and spam! OMG! i was so shocked!!! terrible nabe that i will never eat again.
had a nice dinner and dessert with Alyssa. this girl is heading on a huge project that the whole japan will be able to see on tv later this summer. big things to come for this working girl!
seen the coolest vehicle pull into the bowls parking lot.
it’s called the “Suisse Armee Pinzgauer” and it was the coolest thing i’ve ever seen.
i would love to drive one of these and take it into the mountains.
i love it!
i wish i could test drive one. such an awesome car.

For Sale: Hawaiian Mobile Home
even though it’s been so windy, so windy that there are high wind warnings posted around the island, you can get lucky and find the perfect time of day to surf. yesterday, we surfed at the perfect timing. look how beautiful it was in the ocean!
and the tide has been very very low all day long. so low that i hit my feet when waiting for waves. and look at that uni trying to poke my feet. even when you paddled around, your hand would hit the reef. super shallow so be super careful!
my friend Brandon just completed his hawaiian style mobile home. super cool! he’s going to rent it out for parties and make and sell custom built mobile homes in the future. such a great idea!
imaging pulling up to the beach and hanging out in this? well, you don’t have to imagine anymore, you can actually do it!
super luxury on wheels. if i had a place to park one at my house, i would buy one and let my friends from japan stay in it.
super nice interior decorations with full screen tv, dvd, and even internet.
sink, stove, a/c, toilet, and pull out queen size bed.
so comfortable anywhere you go.
you just hook it up to the truck and you’re good to go. i’m thinking of asking Brandon to borrow it this summer so i can make some cool hawaiian style beach bbq’s! see you there!
