since all the gyms are closed, i went to natures gym.  right on the white sandy beach watching the beautiful sunrise.  working out with views like this is the way to go.  and this mornings sunrise was super special!running on the sand is good exercise for your legs and for your cardio.  passed by this baby monk seal sleeping.  can’t believe i’ve been waking up even earlier than the monk seals.  haha…then came home and played with Mateus.  he’s sleeping over tonight so he asked me if we could exercise later.  of course!  Hawaii is reopening on May 7th!  in 2 days, most retail stores will open up and a lot of businesses too.  that’s great news!  but i’m going to miss the trafficless days.  bummer…

Tomami-san is heading to the coronavirus infectious hospital and will be there everyday until the battle is over.  i’m pretty sure she’s ready to make people feel better and also make them laugh.  if i was sick, i would hope that she would be my nurse.  Seira-chan obeying the “stay home” policy and making healthy food like almond butter.  live healthy girl!  went to Home Depot today because i’m still doing projects around my house.  i love doing projects, but i don’t love waiting in long lines.  it took forever…i also washed my Honda Grom today because i’m getting ready to sell it.  i went up my valley for a refreshing ride.  this past week, the waves have been as small as it gets.  but if you have the right board, it’s huge!  haha.  the speed i get on a knee high wave at ala moana on my foil is equal to the speed i get on a 10′ wave at backdoor on my surfboard.  and the crazy thing is i’m trying to go even faster!!!  so if i do sell my Honda Grom, i’m going to buy a faster foil.  safer for me because i’d rather fall in the water rather than on the concrete…
