America Gone Wild…

woke up early this morning to foil with the North Shore boys.  from the early morning, i was following them around checking every surf spot like little excited kids.  we would stop, check, stop, check, and do that for over an hour until we finally decided where to go.  i was laughing the whole way…and the funniest part is most of the foil guys are well respected watermen, businessman, and legends.  once we found our spot, we all raced to get into the water the fastest.  it was like a competition from the time i arrived.  good to see the you boys and i loved the positive vibe.  good waves and good foiling.  might see you guys again tomorrow.  haha…driving home and traffic?  omg, this was the first time i saw traffic in 3 months!  something i didn’t miss at all… omg, did you see the police kill that guy in this video???all it takes is one incident like that to trigger a war.  the people in America are pissed!  add in the coronavirus, the current lockdown, and record unemployment, the war has begun…one police station burned down to the ground.  this is very troubling to see.  but the video of the man being killed by an officer was even more troubling to see.  so sad to see these kind of thing happening in America…

Research and Development

checking out the imported K-Cars from Japan.  but i still know exactly what i want and i’m not giving up until i get it. not sure why but some guys are importing fire trucks to Hawaii.   this is the Suzuki Carry truck.  the cutest truck in the world!  glad to hear from Asayama-san.  yesterday was his first day back in the water for 2 long months.  he said it felt so good and i can relate to that.  a happy surfer who knows how to keep calm… Asayama-san surfs, picks clams, and eat it.  can’t beat that lifestyle…and also takes care of his beautiful flower garden….
