it’s the first time i used Jetstar Airlines. booked it last minute, really flexible, and pretty good overall. it cost $465 for a one way ticket to the Gold Coast. just don’t expect anything extra, and bring a jacket because it’s pretty cold. 
this is the reason i always get a window seat. i can stare at the sunsets in awe. and the girl in the isle seat was probably pissed at me because i was blocking the whole window. haha. 
i book a hotel online and for once, the room is actually better than the photos! very cozy and comfortable. i paid $70/night which is pretty cheap. something like this will cost $350/night in Hawaii for sure. 
and this is my bedroom. a huge king size bed with a see through bathroom? huh? 
and also a full kitchen. i’m going to cook me up some meals.
this room can probably sleep 4 comfortably but it won’t be too comfortable using the bathroom because you can see in and out. imagine taking a bath or using the toilet with your friends watching. haha… but all in all, i love my room for this trip! 
and now i have to figure out how to convert Australian Dollars to US Dollars. bummer i have to use my brain on this trip. haha.
