Mega Shock of Mega House!

228

this was yesterday.  they guys weren’t joking when they said that it’s getting worst by the day.   10 years ago, this house was for sale.  i remember going in and looking at it because it was Open House Sunday.   now i’m wondering if the previous owners knew what was happening?  how could they not?     imagine spending your life savings to buy this house.  then little by little, you dream house gets sucked into the ground.  so sad… next door is a brand new mega house.  there were once 2 small houses on the land.  the Chinese bought it a couple years ago, knocked it down, and built this mega house on it.  i’m guessing 15 rooms and 15 bathrooms.   i watched it getting built over the past year.   the wall just broke down yesterday, and the foundation is about to crumble even more.  in a few months, this house might fall into the streets.  what is a mega house?  a house that is built with lots of rooms to rent out.  it’s illegal but some businessmen know how to get around the rules.  one sign of a mega house is all the mopeds parked in the front.   local residents in Hawaii hate mega houses.  it ruins the quiet neighborhood and doesn’t match the local style of living.  so when the people around see this mega house that will have to be demolished soon, i’m sure there are a few that are happy.   this house is a total loss.  and the crazy thing is that lots of people are still living in there!   then i took a walk on the street behind.  and it was even worst!   this house was condemned too.  another house i went to see on Open House Sunday.  i find it hard to believe that the previous owners didn’t know about this problem.   this house was selling for $1.1M and was so cute and cozy.  now, it’s worthless. and the house next door is falling down too.  it’s kind of scary to think this is a few houses away from mine.  i’ve been talking to the workers and they are trying to find a way to stop more houses from being damaged.  i guess this is the price you pay to live in paradise…
