i arrived at Kansai Airport. planned to meet Kimura-san at the station in-between the airport and his house. he texted me the station name Gakuenmae so jump on a train and head to the transit station to switch trains. 
i was riding over the Kansai Airport bridge enjoying the beautiful view. 
then i get to Izumisano where i was to get another train to Wakayama. i ask the train staff how to get to Gakuenmae station where Kimura-san texted me to meet him. the girl looks at me a little confused and says “next train on platform 2.” so that’s where i waited. the train comes and i get on…
10 minutes later, something seems wrong??? i didn’t remember having to cross a bridge to get to Wakayama??? i look out the window and i’m going right back to the Airport!!! OMG!!! i wanted to yell “stop the train!!” haha…
so i had to get off and get back on the same train heading to Izumisano Station. i got off there and was looking for the girl who gave me the wrong directions. i wasn’t mad, i just wanted to tell her she sent me on the wrong train. this was actually the first time in my 30 years that ever happened to me in Japan. the train staff never makes mistakes like that! anyway, i couldn’t find her and made my way to Wakayama on the right train. this time i didn’t ask, i just figured it out…
i’m in the country now. super warm and super slow life. 
arrived late, but just in time for dinner. i haven’t been here in a while so it was like coming back home. it’s so crazy how i feel so comfortable here in Wakayama. thanks to Kimura-san and Atsuko-san always supporting me throughout the years. we had a fun time arguing about how i got lost today. come to find out, Kimura-san texted me the wrong train station!!! omg! not Gakuenmae station, it was Wakayamadaigakumae station! that’s totally different!!! it was 100% Kimura-san’s fault!!! haha.. 
the Master Chef at En went to work behind the counter and created us the most fresh and delicious authentic Japanese dishes. i felt like i was in heaven!!!
