so happy to see the Yakuwa-san family back in Hawaii today! super cool Papa and super cool family! 
it’s been 2 years since we surfed together and that’s the last time they surfed. so i was surprised how good everybody was surfing this time! Papa Yakuwa-san didn’t forget a thing. 
big waves and big smiles. 
then it was Mama Kaori-san and Daughter Koyuki-chan’s turn. a very sweet Mother and Daughter team…
Koyuki-chan is still 12 years old. and still enjoying the rides! 
Mama Kaori-san was good the last time, and better this time. 2 years of image training??? 
gosh, it was so beautiful! 
Koyuki-chan was smiling from the time we left the beach all the way till the end. so cute! 
and very stable and confident Kaori-san loving the last ride…
i went in and Yakuwa-san wanted to surf another round. really? so we went back out and he said he wanted to catch bigger waves. so we went to the outside and caught sets! perfect surfing!!!
then went to eat some Northern Chinese noodle soup. spicy and delicious…
then went to the Pill Box, Kailua Beach, Whole Foods, Waimanalo, Makapuu, Sandy Beach, and took the scenic ride back to Waikiki. it was a gorgeous day!
since there is a major Boba Milk Tea boom in Japan right now, everybody want’s to try the Hawaiian way. so it was off to Coffee and Tea for a sweet milk tea full of sugar! 
sorry Doctor, i know i’m not supposed to be drinking this but i couldn’t help. i learned from a very wise man that i should enjoy my life to the fullest. i will try not to do it again…
