spent another early morning getting my exercise in. nothing changes, wake up at 4am, eat breakfast, workout, surf, and come home and watch movies all day. then sleep before 8pm. haha…

somebody gave me a DaKine leash. they make good leashes but there is one problem. a small one for me, but a big one for somebody what will freak out when their leash breaks. the screw always comes loose so the leash eventually will dismantle. in this case, i fell off my foil and it kept on going and going. luckily nobody was inside of me…
so that little screw will loosen after a while. causing the leash to pop out like this. so please check it often.
this is the 4th time i screwed it back in. and when i look at my other friends leashes, i see the same problem. i hope they fix this defect because an accident is waiting to happen…
omg, i watched the first episode of Ozark. a series on Netflix and i got hooked! from last night to now, i watched all of season 1. so i spent 10 hours on Netflix today. haha. i’m going to watch season 2 from tomorrow and i’m looking forward to it…
