ok, now that parts of Japan are on lockdown, it’s time to take this coronavirus more seriously. so a message to my family and friends in Japan: please listen and follow the rules. wear masks, stay away from people, and stay home. if it’s ok for you guys to go exercise, please go. if the government says you can surf, then go surf. but go home after. it’s a great time to spend time with the family. it’s a great time to reflect on this world. it’s a great time to be yourself. and it’s a great time to keep positive. stop watching the news because nothings good. watch movies, read books, or facetime friends. it’s in your hands how things will play out in the next few months. if you’re calm and positive, you’ll be ok. the ocean will be there forever and it’s not going anywhere. Hawaii will be here forever and we ain’t going anywhere. so take this time and make the most out of it. life will be better when this is all over. i guarantee that!
