got a text message at 4am this morning “can you take me surfing before i start school?” i said of course! we paddled out to Bowls in the dark and it was amazing. cold for this girl though. haha…

i went to the Honolulu airport yesterday and couldn’t believe how empty it was. this lane is usually lined up with cars and tour vans…
but inside, there was only 1 flight to Japan which was on JAL. in fact, there is only 1 flight this month to Japan and it was FULL!
anyway, starting October 15th, you can come back to Hawaii if you get a covid test before you arrive. no need to quarantine so i can take you straight to the ocean if you want. my advise to all my Japanese friends is to come ASAP because you will still get to experience Hawaii like it was 50 years ago. and it’s amazing!
