even though i was a pro surfer for a very long time, i didn’t really put attention or effort into my equipment. i use to get boards for free so i would just order a bunch of boards, keep the good ones, and give the not so good ones back. i would do this over and over for 25 years. but now that i foil, i pay a lot of attention to my equipment. i know the full shaping process and the full glassing process by every little detail. since foiling is new, it’s all trial and error. i order board after board until everything comes out perfect. and this one is looking perfect! 
and my boards are working like magic. if i let somebody try it for one wave, i know 100% they will order one. that’s how good they are. the only problem is i don’t want to let people try it because i love it too much. haha.
and the bonus is my new 1mm custom Dove Wetsuit top made in Japan. it’s the best for Hawaii because it keeps me warm, keeps me from getting sunburnt, and keeps me in the water twice as long. can’t beat that!!!
