Day 26 of 2022: ringing the bell to a wonderful new year! lots of waves and perfect weather. 
Bowls has become very crowded recently. when it’s small, there are lots of long boarders and beginners. but once it gets overhead, all those guys disappear. it’s a very interesting observation. 
we’ve been very mobile recently. thanks to Mayuki, we can avoid the crowded spots. then Daisuke-san can fly anywhere he wants. 
i put back on my small wing today so it felt like going from a longboard to a shortboard. my turns had more freedom than ever! can’t wait for tomorrow to come…
