omg, did you see this huge super typhoon headed to Japan now? this is the biggest storm for the year 2022 so far. for 20 years i would look for this on the satellite, book a ticket to Japan, and head right into these typhoons searching for waves. we would usually start off in Okinawa and finish up somewhere in Sendai. then when the next typhoon forms, fly back down to Okinawa and do the same thing. people thought we were crazy back then, and now looking back, it was pretty crazy. it’s amazing what surfers will do to ride that perfect wave…
