I was really inspired by the “We Are One Kitakami” project. A group of dedicated people that see the future. They are building a forest where the tsunami wiped out all the houses and everything in its path. The salt water pretty much contaminated the soil so now they are starting from the bottom up. Naomi-san is determined to grow a beautiful forest here, and then continue on to other places. That’s a brilliant idea!
