I really love Pho so I use to go out and eat it 3x a week. A bowl will cost you $15 these days so why not make it at home? Tonight was the first test.
Pho isn’t proper without these delicious vegetables on the side.
This was the first and definitely not the last of homemade pho. We calculated the price of ingredients and it came out to $4/bowl.
And the cool part is it’s the best I’ve ever tried! This is the only Pho I’ll be eating from now on…
