A Week in Photos

139

This is one of the best photos I’ve taken in a very long time.  I was on my foil riding on the back of this wave when my student took off and did a beautiful bottom turn.  All I had to do is point and shoot the camera.  Simple.

Good to see the Japanese hard core surfers coming back to Hawaii.  Yasu-san is a local at my favorite surf spot in Japan.  I’m one of the very few fortunate foreigners that ever got to surf that spot.  And till this day, I appreciate all the boys for sharing their barrels with me.

When trees are falling, roofs are flying off, road accidents, and surf rescues happening, we have been avoiding some of that by spending our time underwater.  The girls don’t talk or even look at me, all they do is grab shells.  Haha.  It’s complete silence, but silence is golden.

Colorful nails and colorful shells.

Princess Leia just left and I’m already missing her.  See you next year Princess!
