i still can’t believe i went to this super secluded place. it took so long to get there but once i arrived, i remember feeling like time stood still. welcome to del cabo!
luckily the best room of the whole island was open. the little second floor room with a view to kill for.
i went to sleep with the sound of the ocean and nothing else. then i had to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. when i looked up, i couldn’t believe how many stars there were!!!!! i even saw the milky way and southern cross. it was amazing! millions of stars lighting up the sky.
as i left cabo polonio, i read this sign posted near where i parked my car.
“SOME SAY THAT THEY COME TO RELAX,
OTHER SAY THAT AT THE POLONIO THEY COME TO BE REBORN AGAIN.
MANY SAY THEY COME TO FORGET.
AND I SAY THAT MAYBE THE COME TO REMEMBER”
this sign sums up my experience there.
i relaxed, i was reborn, i forgot, and i will remember.
