besides japan, i would have to say that taiwan has the best food in the world. yes, even better than hawaii. from breakfast to dinner, there are all kinds of food for all kinds of appetites. i love exploring night markets and this one was my first time. usually i went to the other touristy night markets in taipei on previous trips, but this locals only market was my first. the food the best by far!
everything so healthy and very clean. you won’t find bugs and ants in your food here.
i love pigs feet. when i saw and smelt this, my mouth started to water like a hungry dog. i was so full from eating other things, but i couldn’t pass this by.
i started off with the soup.
then i ate my pigs feet bowl over rice. it was amazing! then i felt like a pig so i went walking for 2 hours. i was walking all over looking for a nice bar. can’t believe i couldn’t find one! all i wanted was a glass of fine whisky and i would have been a very happy man. it never happened.
