nobody in this world loves raw meat “yuke” or raw liver “liver
sashimi” more than i do. when ever i go to japan, that is the first
thing i crave to eat. if there is raw liver or meat, i order it for
sure…. how do i feel now after 4 people died from eating E. coli
bacteria infected meat at this yakiniku restaurant? really sad. will
it stop me from eating raw meat or liver again? probably not.
the weird thing was the day the first 2 people died, it really didn’t
phase me as naoka and i went to eat yakiniku in chigasaki. we ordered
and ate yuke and liver sashimi. but now that i think about it, that
wasn’t a good idea. from now on, i’m going to be a little more
cautious of what i eat in japan.
it was 9:46 am when i stepped off the airplane this morning. after
over a hundred times of returning to hawaii, this time was by far the
best. i went surfing, i ate a nice lunch, and took a long nap. i’m
glad to be back home…
