Ferry to Sakura to Surf

pretty cool transportation system here in japan. you can get pretty much anywhere by airplane, train, ferry, bus, or car. everything on time, and everything so clean.

for 2000 yen or $16, you can take a ferry from wakayama to shikoku. a 2 hour ride so a great time to take a nap.

i felt like my body needed some yoga so i put on my yoga music, and did some poses to open up my body. then i took a 1.5 hour nap.

so happy that Saito-san picked me up from tokushima and drove me over to uchizuma. glad to be back to my wonderful place with a more then wonderful view. and the bonus of good waves!

went to check out another spot and nobody was out. and when i see a spot with nobody out, i get motivated to be somebody out. suited up and entered the cold frozen water.

glad to have Dove Wetsuits keeping me warm, and glad to have TSSC Surfboards keeping me riding perfect waves. the water was freezing cold, but it was all worth it. glad to see and surf with all my friends down here in shikoku.

and yes, the sakura in tokyo blossomed earlier than this side. now it is in full bloom and i’m full of happiness. it’s amazing how just looking at the cherry blossoms can make you so happy!
