omg, this year if flying by so fast! so fast that i can’t even keep up with myself. i made some new years resolution at the beginning of the year and the top of my list was: to take care of family, friends, and myself. family and friends are the most important. without them, it would be a lonely world. so taking care of them is the key to happiness. but before you can take care of your family and friends, you have to take care of yourself. if you’re not happy, you can’t make people happy. but if you’re happy, you can make everybody happy. so how am i going to go about doing that?
first, make myself happy by spending as much time in the ocean. surfing, diving, swimming, or just floating around. enjoying each and every moment.
next will be to travel. experiencing new things and exploring more of this amazing world. this makes me happy and if i can keep happy, i can spread the happiness to my family and friends.
last, to give all the love and happiness to the people i love most. so to my family and friends, this is going to be an awesome year!
so i got my warm clothes ready. thermal gloves and socks. didn’t want to show you my thermal underwear. haha.
my bags are packed. i’ll probably be on an airplane as you read this flying trough the cold to get to the hot. like always, i’m just going with the wind. and where ever the wind takes me, i’ll be happy to be there.
hopefully i’ll end up here in the philippines. i was here on this day 13 years ago and it was amazing. a very secret spot we discovered and surfed for the first time. i’m not expecting the waves to be like this, but i won’t complain if it is. haha.
