cooking tako is very tricky. but once you do trial and error, you can pretty much master the process. but first, the hard part. you have to catch one.
the trick is in the heat of the stove, the amount of liquid you put in, and the amount of time. pretty complicated but i have it wired.
i don’t even have to test taste it anymore. i know exactly how it’s going to turn out.
soft, juicy, and absolutely delicious.
then took the tako down to my friends house for a local style bbq. just casual and very entertaining laughing at each other.
and the food is always good. better than any restaurant on the island. everything made with love.
and when Don Julio 1942 makes his entrance, you know you will have an excellent time amigo!
when i went to use the bathroom at the end of the night, i seen something on the ground??? somebody missed the toilet! omg! haha.
don’t know how, but we all got up early the next morning for our early morning session.
the waves were perfect! so good and so fun!
spending the most precious time in the ocean every single day this year. looking forward to continuing doing it for the rest of the year!
