OMG, this morning’s sunrise was amazing!!! woke up early to watch the start of the new day. waves were onshore but so what? nice head high sets and super fun session.

went walking around checking things out after we got here from a long drive. very cool town.
Carter and I found a nice place to eat a simple and healthy dinner.
grilled chicken and rice. super simple and super good.
this place was recommended by a guy from Finland we met earlier.
then i was bored so went to talk story with these guys. then ended up getting a ride into town to check things out.
he turned on his neon lights and i felt like i was in a little disco scooter.
then came back to my room. paid $20/night for here. super loud, dirty, and not the greatest. but was so tired that i fell asleep like a baby.
no, this is not a public bathroom in the city. this is my bathroom in my room. kind of dirty and really smelly.
so this morning, Carter and i decided to upgrade. not only did we go one star up, we went 4 stars up. freaking amazing place right on the beach! living like a king. so stoked!
