got back to hawaii and finally crawled out of bed. stomachs feeling better but still sore. hope it goes away soon. anyway, checked out some news like i always do after a trip.
a russian fighter jet takes a pass by a U.S military ship? and we didn’t shoot it??? i’m sure if it was other way around, that jet would be blown out of the sky.
homeless problem bigger than ever in hawaii. with land prices rising, expect more homeless to come.
this looks like a scene from the movie king kong!!! omg! this japanese man is very lucky the gorilla didn’t jump on him. he would have died for sure. and this is the very reason i am totally against holding wild animals in captivity. things like this are bound to happen.
bound to happen like this as a captive tiger kills his trainer in florida. how many more people will have to die before we finally figure it out?
and this is heartbreaking. japan gets hit by another series of earthquakes. i want to send my prayers out to my friends and the people in kumamoto. hang in there.
and even a deadlier earthquake in equator. this was one of my next travel destinations. so scary.
have you ever heard of the “Ring of Fire?” about 90% of all earthquakes fall in the red shaded area. that’s scary to see so many countries i love in the danger zone. and even scarier to see little tiny hawaii right in the middle. any big earthquake can trigger a major tsunami right our way. that’s a scary thought.
