since it was Toshiyuki-san’s and Azusa-san’s first time to hawaii, i took them to the most local places. starting off with the famous poke bowl!
then some sweet waiola shave ice for dessert.
then to tantalas, then to many other places. it was so beautiful everywhere!
then to the most famous japanese temple in hawaii.
then to the dangerous china town. there are many police cars here for a reason.
i was so stoked to watch them surf together and laugh at each other. the most pleasant time ever.
and sharing waves with nobody around. we were out for a couple of hours all by ourselves. when i first picked them up, they both really didn’t think anything of hawaii because it was their first time and they never really left waikiki. but after all the things we did, i hope they have another image of hawaii. beautiful everywhere, but we all agreed that surfing is the best part of hawaii! thank you Toshiyuki-san and Azusa-san for the wonderful day! keep on surfing, and keep on hawaii!
