gosh, i was looking back at all the good food i ate on my last trip to japan. forgot about my last night in sapporo. this amaebi was the sweetest ever! melted in my mouth!
IMG_9347

not sure what this was but it was pretty fatty and delicious.
IMG_9349

sharako is my favorite! looks weird, but taste good.
IMG_9350

and raw crab with sapporo beer. can’t beat this combo.
IMG_9351

and the head is my favorite part! kanimiso!
IMG_9353

ikura with daikon. omg, i wish i had a bowl of rice!
IMG_9354

and some squid soup. can you believe just Kimura-san and i ate all this food in one night??? i actually felt a little guilty.
IMG_9356

oh, and we took out the uni musubi for our morning breakfast! omg! i miss japan!

and this is our jackets between the two of us too. if you don’t have it in hokkaido, you won’t survive.

and if i didn’t have these two heaters pointed on me when i slept, i would have woken up frozen.

all in all, had a great experience in hokkaido. miss it already.
