my mind has changed a lot in the past few years. before i would look around for the cheapest place to get things in hawaii. didn’t think or care about where i bought it from, all i cared about was the cheapest price. but now, i don’t care about price, i care more about where i buy it from. i want to support local and i will do what ever i can to do so. it’s the local businesses in hawaii that made hawaii. it’s the local businesses that has what’s left of our aloha spirit. a local spirit that needs to survive. so everybody, please support local when you come to hawaii.
was cleaning up my Grandpa’s house and found this antique food slicer. omg, it must be over 60 years old?
it’s amazing how good the quality is. i’m sure it was made with pride by the japanese.
i bet you this will last a hundred years longer.
and i will try to use it next time i catch some katsuo!
when i came back from Niseko, a lot of my friends didn’t believe me when i told them the powder was amazing. it was so amazing that when i fell, i couldn’t get back up. haha. but the feeling of speeding down the mountain was the best!
planning to take my next trip to somewhere warm. and of course, somewhere i can get 3 hour massages for $18. i want to be Reborn again! can’t wait.
