round 2 of great surf yesterday happened at Diamond Head with Kunitake-san. super happy guy that loves to smile.
we scored again. Diamond Head was absolutely perfect! only a few guys when we went out and long rides.
Kunitake-san’s first trip to hawaii. first surf at perfect Laniakea, and second surf at Diamond Head. i don’t think he realizes how lucky he is?
after a few hours, it got crowded and dangerous. one guy ran me over with his longboard, and others almost ran the both of us over. so making it back to shore safely was nice.
then the climb back up the mountain. thank you Kunitake-san for the amazing afternoon! you scored dude!
then came home and ate tempura for dinner. i couldn’t be a happier man right now!
