omg, you couldn’t have asked for a better start of the day. the absolutely most beautiful sunrise a surfer can ever imagine.
the 32nd annual TSSC contest started off with the new 2017 lineup of Magic Boards.
the anxious competitors checking to see what heat they’re in. gosh, i remember doing this for 15 years.
and the jerseys were ready to go. contest started at 7:30am sharp.
why is Mother Nature doing this to me? the most coldest Japan on my last 2 trips. it was so cold i couldn’t even speak correctly. three layers of jackets and still freezing cold.
and this years trophies were the best yet! totally unique and totally happy finalists.
