met the coolest surfer from Kanazawa, Japan. Ishii-san’s been surfing for 30 years and knows a lot about the history of surfing. at a young 60 years of age, this man knows how to have fun!

and what makes life much better is meeting wonderful families like this. so happy and so cool. awesome lunch at Rainbow Drive-In!
it’s unbelievable how clean the water has been ever since i got back. hopefully it will stay clean for a little longer because i want to catch some dinner!
had a blast with the 3 amigos in the afternoon! day 2 of Boot Camp and a beer to end the perfect day of surfing! tomorrow bright and early soldiers!
so stoked Japan won the Little League World Series!!! so stoked!
all kinds of crazy things happening with Mother Nature. heavy flooding in the States. hope she cools down..
