driving home yesterday and stopped by this house for sale. i just had to see inside. this is the main entrance. 
and this is the living room. 4 bedroom with 4 bathroom house in perfect condition.
the yard wasn’t too bad too. haha. 
the beautiful beach and ocean right in front. 
this private white sand beach can only be accessed by this house. imagine having a private beach right in front of your house?
when i went to ask how much it was, the realtor told me $17.25M. then i ran away. 
i met Sato-san a few years back in Hawaii. the coolest guy with the coolest heart. super positive and super happy. we surfed some good waves and had a great time hanging out. i learned so much from this man how to enjoy my life, how to enjoy surfing, and most of all, how to enjoy my friends. so when i heard the sad news of him passing away so suddenly, i was in total shock. and to tell you the truth, i still am as i can’t stop the tears running down my eyes. i think back of all the wonderful memories i had with Sato-san. i was one of the fortunate people in this world to cross paths with this wonderful man. i will remember the waves we shared, i will remember the laughs we shared, and i will remember how he taught me how to enjoy my wonderful life. thank you Sato-san for inspiring me and so many others. i will never forget your kindness, and most of all, i will never forget your beautiful smile. i hope you’re riding an endless wave right now. aloha my friend…
