check out this coolest sequence of one of the Hashimoto-san’s perfect wave this morning. 
this is the perfect bottom turn, perfect knees bent, perfect arms, and perfect everything. 
a week ago, Hashimoto-san would look at me and fall. not anymore. haha. i’m pretty much up to his face but he still knows where to look. maybe it’s because of all the days of me yelling and scoring him. 
i just love this angle. i’m going to start to take more photos like this from now on. you can get the feeling of actually being on the wave with the surfer. 
yeah, this is still the same wave. i’m letting Hashimoto-san cruise on by me as i adjust my position for the follow up. 
and when he passes by, i’m yelling “yeah!!!! keep going!!!” all these photos on one beautiful wave this morning. the perfect end to 7 days of Kirby Boot Camp. haha. right after this, Hashimoto-san jumped on a plane and flew back to Japan. that’s hard core! 
thank you Hashimoto-san for the wonderful week of surfing. i’m super proud of you! you’ve become a brand new confident surfer. you can surf big waves, you can surf small waves, and you can surf anything. sorry for me being so strict, but sometimes that’s the only way. haha. safe surfing in Japan and see you next year. keep on surfing and keep on smiling!
