it’s unbelievable how it’s only this couples 2nd time surfing and they did absolutely great yesterday. Imura-san on her very first ride of the day. absolutely perfect balance!
and she kept on riding and riding!
i was so happy for her and i think she was so happy for herself too. nice smile!
then it was Murai-san’s turn. his first time surfing was in January when he turned 61 years old so he wanted get better.
and he got up on his first wave too. Murai-san told me he was image training since the last time we surfed and it really showed in his surfing.
we caught a lot of waves and i don’t think he wanted to go in. haha.
i’m sure his third time will be even better!
then we went to sightsee, eat some poke, and end it off with the best shave ice in Hawaii!
