confidence is what Ujibayashi-san has gained. you can see it in his eyes, and you can see it in his surfing.

want to thank my Doctor for getting me back in the water the next day. there’s no way i can stay out of the ocean for 7-10 days. i don’t want to miss this!

all we were talking about was foil surfing. then right there, Tony ordered one, Seth ordered one, Joshua ordered, and of course, i ordered one. can’t wait to get my new toy!
this is called a “mega house” and they’re popping up everywhere on Oahu! this one has 28 bedrooms and 18 bathrooms. the Chinese are buying old houses, knocking them down, and building these mega houses. then renting out rooms to anyone. street parking is getting obsolete, neighbors are getting pissed, and property taxes are rising. nobody likes these in their neighborhood. it’s a huge problem right now and if the government doesn’t stop it, every house on every street will look like this… so sad.
