had an amazing time roaming around at Tsukiji Market in Tokyo. good to see all the different kinds of fish and seafood.
ramen for breakfast? yes, we ate the most amazing oyster ramen for breakfast. it was the best!
and the shumai was amazing too.
want to thank my Tokyo Guide for taking me to the secret spots. Matsu knows where to find good food all over this world. and he was absolutely right this time too.
i really don’t understand why someone would use a hammerhead shark for a display?
honestly, i get sad seeing things like this.
i wish i had a kitchen in Japan. then i’d be cooking all kinds of dishes.
and the fresh wasabi? omg!
sad to think the Tsukiji Market will be closing this year. lots of memories and lots of history in this building.
some pretty big mushrooms.
one dollar eyeballs? perfect for a soup.
i won’t be making it back to Tsukiji anytime soon so this will be my last memory of the most amazing fish market in the world.
jumped on the train in Tokyo, then 5 hours later, i arrive in beautiful Wakayama.
