took Koyanagi-san for a surf this morning and i was stoked to see him taking off on some sets. the waves and his surfing was perfect! nice bottom turn!

then did some afternoon surfing with Rikita-san fresh off the airplane and into the water. from his first wave, everything was looking great!
and from the back, everything was looking great. so stoked to see improvements since the last time we surfed.
Minami-chan was out for her last session before heading back to Shikoku. anybody want to bet me she will be Japan’s longboard champion this year? if you want to bet, let me know because i want to make some money. haha.
